Mr. Avanish Singh was born in India and immigrated to Canada due to his father’s work when he was in grade 4. This cross-culture exposure has allowed him to be fluent in the language of Hindi and English. This has allowed him to be able to be sensitive to other people’s cultures and struggles for cross-culture barriers.
After completing high school in Edmonton, Mr. Singh went to Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) where he acquired his Accounting diploma. Thereafter, he went to the University of Lethbridge to complete his Management degree while working full-time as well as being a full-time student. He is a final level CGA Associate as of 2008. This level of dedication has led Mr. Singh to work in many capacities such as staff accountant, public practice, assistant controller, controller, and now back into public practice.
Mr. Singh has extensive knowledge in all areas of Accounting. This includes guidance, management, book keeping, tax returns, coordinating working papers and creating financial statements. He is working with Active Professionals (A Division of CIBS LTD) as an Independent Accountant since 2007.
