Canada Immigration Business Services (CIBS) Ltd operative as Active Professionals is licensed by Government of Alberta to operate as Employment Agency under Licence/Registration Number 320849 Since June 2007. We offer services with regards to general staffing either temporary or permanent.
Under the Alberta Employment Agency Business Licensing Regulations, which follows the regulations of the Canadian Fair Trading Act, we strictly do not demand or charge a fee, reward or other compensation to a person seeking employment or information about employers seeking employees, or for securing employment or information about any employer.
We do not, whether directly or indirectly, charge for employees when matching employers. However, there is minor fee for the services provided such as resume preparation. We do not require employees to purchase these services as a condition of the agency’s job placement services.
In addition to finding Canadian Employer, we are an immigration consulting company. We help foreign worker and live-in caregivers for Labour Market Opinion (LMO) and Arranged Employment through Human Resources of Canada. As Immigration Consultants, we charge client for Immigration Paper work.
